Jon Reiss is a critically acclaimed filmmaker whose feature films Bomb It, Better Living Through Circuitry and Cleopatra’s Second Husband have premiered at Tribeca, Sheffield, Full Frame, BFI London, Big Sky, Rotterdam and have all been released theatrically in the US and broadcast/streamed throughout the world.  He recently was a producer on the series In the Making for PBS and Firelight Media that follows the lives and journeys of emerging BIPOC cultural artists who bring insight and originality to their artistic craft.   

He is currently in production on Dangerous and Disturbing: The Mark Pauline Story about the legendary artist, inventor, provocateur.   

He began his film career at the notorious Target Video where he not only shot seminal bands such as Black Flag, Iggy Pop, Throbbing Gristle, The Cramps an subsequently directed numerous music videos for The Black Crowes, Slayer, Danzig and the notorious Happiness in Slavery for Nine Inch Nails.
